Oddly, this entrance seemed to be semi-permanently closed off, with signs on the doors directing people to the other sides of the building. I have to wonder what's up with that -- this does seem to be a fairly large JCPenney, but I haven't seen any other stores of theirs with whole entrances blocked off.
