I'm not entirely sure what's going with the neon in this area -- it seems like it would have made sense for the white arches and blue column collars to continue along the side on the right of this picture, but I don't see any evidence that there was burned-out neon there, so either it was removed or it never existed in the first place, for some reason. While Spokane Valley has done a good job of keeping its neon going, there are a number of areas with (small amounts of) burned-out neon, something that seems inescapable these days when it comes to 90s neon.
