Tomatoes, radishes, and grapes

For the most part, Grocery Palace of the North shares only a vague stylistic similarity to true Albertsons Grocery Palace, but there's one element here in the produce department (which happened to be the most difficult thing to photograph) that's extremely similar -- the fake vintage produce ads! There are actually quite a few of these around the department here, but they're way back in the shadows under the lowest ceiling section, so they aren't super visible in any of my photos. One big distinction between Thrifty and Albertsons Grocery Palace that brings up -- with Albertsons, produce is one of the most boring, low-effort-looking departments, but at Thrifty it's the absolute best -- hence why I just spent one entire posting day on this one department, and there's still more to come!
