The pharmacy here looks pretty much untouched since its PF&H remodel, without the Safeway-era signs and posters that I've seen at some Albertsons pharmacies. These few short sideways aisles are reminiscent of this store's original layout, which most likely had sideways aisles everywhere on this side of the frozen aisles. (That was a very strange layout choice, and it's not surprising that it's gone in every Blue and Grey Market-built store I've ever seen.)
