The basement level is entirely taken up by Nordstrom Rack, wrapping all the way around the vertical circulation to the mall levels. It almost looks like you can get into the store through the elevator off to the left, but no, you can't, they just made the entire elevator shaft glass for some reason. And yes, I did blur myself out of the security monitor, even though I was just a few pixels tall and super blurry -- I'm just paranoid that way! 😉
