Private Property

Not sure what the deal is with this metal plaque embedded in the parking lot on the left side of the building, but apparently Albertsons (and/or their original landlord/developer) was very concerned about adverse possession for some reason! Nothing about this area seems out of the ordinary in that regard, but real estate laws are weird.
