The flooring patterns here, perhaps the most distinctive thing about Grocery Palace in my mind, demonstrate just how much of the main salesfloor was taken away to fit this expanded produce/promotional department, as each tile pattern would have corresponded to a specific aisle (though I'm not very good at remembering which tile pattern meant which department). The wooden fixture on the right is a Haggen leftover, with the CampeĆ³n Market sign covering the old Haggen logo, something they didn't always bother to do.
