Heading towards the back of the store, the Market Street Cafe area segues into a sort-of grand aisle setup (it looks the part, but functionally it's more like an overflow area for deli and bakery displays that aren't in a more typical location due to the deluxe cafe setup). There's quite a bit of dead space back here, which isn't entirely surprising -- Top Foods stores were typically quite large (with this one being 60,000 square feet) and were intended to have a larger general merchandise selection, something that's been trimmed down over the years as these stores started to follow the typical Haggen format. (So far, it seems like Safeway/Albertsons hasn't messed with Haggen's merchandising all that much, apart from swapping Haggen's store brands for Safeway's ones.)
