Let in the light!

I was quite pleasantly surprised to see that some of this store's windows are now uncovered! It looks like they're tinted to block most natural light, sadly, but it's better than nothing. So many of these old department stores that were built with tons of windows had them covered up over the years, including the old Bon Marche a few blocks away (and the former Nordstrom flagship even had them completely filled in on the exterior too), so while this store also still has the vast majority of its blocked off, it's nice to see at least some in use. I also quite like the geometric-patterned display here!
