Customer blockage

If you were to enter the store from the "main" back entrance, this would be your view, with the customer service counter right in front of the doors and blocking the desire line into the salesfloor. On the left, there is shelving preventing access into the salesfloor, so the most direct entrance path is to go backwards through the self checkouts. Such a strange setup! The customer service counter seems strangely tacked on here, so perhaps it was originally (long preceding the recent remodel) elsewhere, perhaps (as Anonymous in Houston pointed out) in the weird books and magazines alcove.
