Front actionway (or is it?)

I'm going to call this the front of the store, since it's the longest wall, has two of the three entrances, has the larger set of checkouts, faces the street, and opens to the larger of the two parking lots. However, Fred Meyer apparently thinks differently, as there's a large sign outside directing people to the "main entrance" around back. Why? Beats me! Nothing makes sense here. Admittedly, the outside sign, like all of the outside signs, is very old, so perhaps there was a change in thought at some point, but I don't see how considering the back side to be the "main entrance" ever could have made sense.

Anyway... here's the front actionway, featuring the pet department and some other assorted aisles off to the left and a handful of checkouts (with new Bountiful+ cubes) on the right. Despite the bizarre layout, this store is still large enough to feel spacious, at least following Kroger's downsizing of most departments. Google Maps measurements show this store is around 110-120,000 square feet, which seems huge for an 80s-built, small-town store!
