I certainly wouldn't have expected to see Loacker wafers in a Goodwill!

This store has a queue-style checkout setup, with a handful of pathetic impulse-buy displays towards the front of the line. Food at a Goodwill seems like an extremely strange choice to me, but from what I've heard, this is a relatively common thing these days.

  1. The checkout queue here looks like it was inspired by Fry's Electronics with all that junk food! Although I've seen the junk food at other Goodwills in other areas, I have not seen it around here. About the only impulse items our Goodwills have are batteries that they keep near the checkouts.

    1. Batteries make more sense than food, at least! (Though perhaps not if your stores are short on electronics...)
