With the unconventional atrium-based layout of the mall, this is about the only portion that feels like a normal mall corridor! In addition to the demolished spaces (which make up a large chunk of the second and third floors), there are still quite a few storefronts that the mall's owners still haven't managed to fill. And it doesn't seem like the pop-up program is exactly drawing in a lot of traffic either, so the mall does still feel dead for the most part, sadly.
