Bulk in the center

While produce seems to be Sprouts' primary thing, bulk foods gets prime placement in these newer stores, sitting directly in the middle of the store. And they have a huge selection of bulk foods, even compared to some higher-end specialty stores I've visited! I absolutely love how wide-open this store feels without tall shelving, too -- there's almost no shelving above eye level, allowing for unobstructed views across the salesfloor, wildly different from traditional grocery stores.
