While the mall portion of Westwood Village was mostly wiped out in the redevelopment, a small portion, dividing what's now Bed Bath and Beyond from the former main portion of the mall, was left in place. As far as I can tell, Westwood Village was always an outdoor mall, so this is roughly what the original mall corridor would have looked like. These days, this is mostly just a cut-through connecting the parking lots on either side of the main buildings of Westwood Village, but there are still a few storefronts on the north side (built into the side of the Bed Bath & Beyond building) and a 24 Hour Fitness on the south side (which appears to have since closed). So if we're counting outdoor malls as malls, I guess Westwood Village does still have a little bit of a mall in it!
