Yes, this photo is terrible, but I was quite surprised to see that the donuts in this store were branded as Top Pot Doughnuts! Top Pot is a local chain of donut shops in the Seattle area, which does not have any stores in Portland; in Washington, QFC's donuts are branded as Top Pot (I say "branded as" because the QFC ones are nowhere near as good as real Top Pot donuts), but Fred Meyer's are not. So it's a bit strange to see that the branding has grown to Portland-area Fred Meyers! I'm pretty sure this was not the case on my previous Portland visit in 2019.
