In this hobby, it's hard to imagine *wanting* to speak to a manager

This must have been the humorous costumes part of the store! I was instantly drawn to the "Karen" display. 🙂 Thankfully, I've managed to avoid "Karen" incidents on my store tours so far -- hopefully I didn't just curse myself!
