I was a bit hurried on my visit, and the most interesting part of this store is the interior, so I didn't get a ton of exterior photos (even though the exterior is still more interesting than most stores I visit). The entryway here is an odd setup, with a large glassed-in space that looks more like a garden center (incidentally, before the 00s expansion, this area actually was home to the garden center, though it was completely rebuilt to be the entryway) connecting to an odd, industrial-looking entryway. Fred Meyer apparently thinks this store looks nice, though, since it's one of the default Google Maps pictures that show up on every Fred Meyer location. Oh, and because this is Portland, they actually provided a very nice bike parking area -- I'm jealous, since businesses in Seattle almost never do that despite us having nearly as much of a bike culture as Portland!
