The front left corner of the store is home to the liquor department, which seems to be fairly common in Albertsons stores that don't have the Grocery Palace layout. The "Beer · Wine · Spirits" wording of the sign also is a pre-merger Albertsons thing, though around here it would only have been used starting in the late 00s, when grocery stores in Washington started to be allowed to sell hard liquor. It's a little strange to see the dairy cases transitioning directly into the liquor department like this!
