Heading up the parking garage allows for this view down towards the former JCPenney upper level entrance, which I'm pretty sure was completely closed off due to Whole Foods only using the ground floor. However, they did have a sign up here, which was covered up by something that totally looks like a bedsheet, Halloween-style! The sheet (which I suppose is probably just a white tarp) was eventually wrapped around the sign better, but as far as I know, it still looks basically like this today (I try to pass by here whenever I'm in Bellevue [which isn't that often] to see if there are any updates, but so far, nope!).
