Door to the store

The garden center here is fully separated off from the main salesfloor, with automatic doors between them. The main reason I took this picture, though, is that I was surprised at just how bad the concrete block (CMU) above the door looks! That's a surprising amount of cracking for a building that's just over 20 years old. I don't have much experience in structural matters, but my understanding is that having cracks going straight through the CMU (rather than following the joint lines) is a very bad sign. It's hard to say how much structural support this wall provides (since there are some columns running along it), but this seems like it can't be a good thing.
