Strangely, the rope that had blocked off the 3rd Ave stairs had disappeared by this visit, even though the entrance was still blocked up at the top of the stairs. I imagine at least some people wandered up this way and got stuck! Of course, the lift in this hallway was probably enough to scare off a lot of people...
