This store was built in 2002, as a mixed-use redevelopment (the upper floors are condos that I sadly can't afford) of what appears to have been a pre-Marina Safeway (though the historic aerials are weirdly bad at this location). For the last month or so, this has been my local Safeway, something that's taken a bit of getting used to -- we'll see why soon enough!
