I'm not sure how much you can tell from this picture, but this was my best shot at getting a closeup of the meat decor here, showing that it looks like it's real, textured metal. It's harder to say about the wood -- I'd assume that's standard fake wood, but it could potentially be real wood veneer. It certainly looks good either way!
