I really don't understand the contractors in charge of these remodels. It appears that, during the remodel, the old Lucerne dairy signs above the milk cases were removed, the wall was painted behind them, and then they were carefully reinstalled in the exact same place! I'm not complaining, but it's just one of those things that I just can't comprehend.
