Cat litter and charcoal... yeah, that's stuff that belongs in special low shelving

Even the bizarre choice to put the pet department in the special shelving in front of the health and beauty department was left during the remodel. I suppose that shouldn't be surprising, since these 2020 remodels practically never included layout changes, but this is so weird that I was kind of expecting Safeway to make an exception here, but nope!
