The skybridge has a surprisingly nondescript entrance from the parking garage, without a Macy's sign or anything. Perhaps the strangest thing about the skybridge is how the dividing wall goes all the way to the doors here, so which door you go in defines which hallway you use; there's also a parking pay station here (a bit odd, since there are only two in the building, and one of them is up here where it's of very little use to most people), along with a little service window that's presumably where you would have paid for parking before the days of automated pay stations (and which is now where the security guards like to hang out). I wonder if the skybridge was designed to be used with clearly-defined traffic flows on either side of the central wall, something which is obviously unnecessary towards the end of this store's days when I rarely encountered anyone other than myself on the skybridge.
