I could spend a very long time just standing up here watching the world go by down below, but sadly the security guards didn't like that (or maybe they were just bored), so they always told me to move along after a few minutes. (Wouldn't life be so much easier without security guards around?) I'd love to come back up here today to get comparison pictures of the deserted, boarded-up downtown that has replaced the vibrant one of early 2020, but with Macy's closed, I imagine it would be even more difficult to be here without being hassled, if it's even possible to access the skybridge at all.
