This picture pretty much perfectly sums up December in Seattle -- dark, cloudy, and damp. I think this is the best picture I was able to get showing the roof deck seating area on the PCC, which I imagine was probably closed for pretty much all of the good weather season this year (sure, outdoor dining is permitted, and even indoor dining was for a while, but since even real restaurants were having trouble getting customers, I doubt people were all that eager to eat in a grocery store!). Oh, and off to the right is the entrance to the underground parking level, which I suppose would explain the stairs going down!
