Somehow, I didn't notice this dedication plaque for the giant artwork until this visit -- perhaps it had been hiding behind some displays or something that had been removed as part of the closing sale. This, along with the explanatory plaques that I featured earlier, is something I would have loved to have, but unsurprisingly it never came up for sale, and it seems like it would have been somewhat of a bad idea to try to just walk out with this thing! 😉 It's also interesting to see that the Seattle Times was apparently a sponsor of this thing -- oh, how times have changed for newspapers over the last 20 years...
