Old-school billboard

This seems like a good enough excuse (while looking at the cool sign that PCC put up facing the Ballard Bridge) to talk about PCC itself. PCC is a local, extremely upscale store of the type that I'd never think about shopping in (back when I lived in Fremont, one of them was the closest grocery store to where I lived; one day I desperately needed milk so I decided to swing by PCC, only to find that milk was over $3 for a half gallon! I normally pay less than $2 for a gallon at Safeway...). They're basically like Whole Foods, but even more upscale -- and yet, one of my coworkers says he only shops at PCC. sigh
