I wonder how much of the health stuff here is real, and how much is faddish faux-medicine stuff

At least I know where this picture is -- looking over the health and beauty shelves towards the service departments (which form the crossbar of the H). The part that confuses me is all of the food stuff on the right, which I thought was all over on the left side of the store -- I guess I wasn't paying enough attention to that when I was here!
