The floral department traded places with the Starbucks in the remodel, and certainly was downgraded quite a bit compared to how it used to be. On the positive side, however, they did leave the original local historic image wallpaper intact, which is a nice surprise (since Fred Meyer seems to be in a phase right now of getting rid of local flair items -- it's always interesting how stores seem to continually flip between local designs and corporate standardization).
