Bulk foods ☹️

Towards the center of the store, Fred Meyer dedicated a whole side of an aisle to the (briefly) trendy bulk foods section. I don't know about Fred Meyer, but Safeway has in recent weeks been reopening many of the closed features like this in their stores... just in time to have them closed down again as the state implements new restrictions. (I'll note that Safeway absolutely should have known that more restrictions were coming, as cases have been off the charts for the last month or so. I really don't understand why so many people seem to have thought that this is the time to start relaxing restrictions, after the data started trending in the wrong direction...)
