Bulk foods, under the arch

This store doesn't just have the standard features of a Safeway; it also has some fancy features that aren't even seen in some stores twice its size! One of those is the bulk foods display seen here, which admittedly is fairly small, but still. Of course, this sort of concept is kind of dead right now, and who knows when it will come back.
