The 3rd story has a very different feel, with the higher ceiling and columns only on one side. That's because most of this area was home to the short-lived movie theater, which I assume stretched from the row of columns to the exterior wall over to the right. It seems like these would have been rather small theaters, since there were quite a few of them packed into a fairly small space.
