Right away inside the entrance, it's obvious that this was a fairly major remodel and reconfiguration. The space that was formerly home to the carts and "hi" wall is now home to the order pickup and customer service counter. (I picked up an order from here during the remodel and I was sure this was a temporary configuration, since it's a rather strange choice, but no!) I didn't see any carts on this level at all when I was here, which is strange since it's the busier entrance, but it's quite possible that they were just out of carts and/or there was some COVID strangeness going on. And speaking of COVID strangeness, those tiny plastic shields in front of the employees look almost comically useless!
