This store has three hanging wall signs -- home and furniture, both of which are the same shade of blue, and seasonal, which is this (very nice, in my opinion) teal color. I'm not sure why they would choose a different color for this one -- perhaps some stores have more signs and therefore the different colors make more sense.
I haven't seen a Big Lots with the aisles numbered in years (see the '35' on the end cap). Interesting to see those making a comeback.
