The entrance to the condo tower is also on the second floor, and has been upgraded quite a bit in recent years. That being said, I think the main reason I took this picture was for the bullseye advertising graphics on the windows to the left, which certainly aren't original to the store but are one of my favorite styles of Target advertising.
