caution: low ceiling

Jumping back out to the main actionway, the ceiling has continued to lower dramatically. The exposed beams and low ceiling make me think of a parking garage, but no, all the parking in this building is underground. Digging through old plans and staring at Street View, my best guess is that there's another story slotted in between the Target (former restaurant) and condo tower, with some sort of mechanical equipment in it (judging by the vents visible from the alley). The condos also have a pool somewhere, and maybe that's in this area too.
