The reason I'm always hesitant to post department stores is that (unless there's something particularly interesting about the store) I never have much to say about them. The upper two floors were interesting enough, but the basement just has a generic middle-aged department store feel to it. I do have to wonder if anything down here remains from the Bon Marche days -- the flooring certainly looks older (and the carpeting was rather worn out), but maybe not that old.
