Floral trellis

Before I head out, let's take another look at the floral department, which is a style I've never seen elsewhere. While the specific decor elements are unusual, the Wood Decor did have quite a few ceiling decor elements, so I imagine this dates back to then, just with a new coat of white paint. Beyond the decor, this department is a serious outlier for QFC in much larger ways, though -- it's much larger than in any other QFC of this size/era I've seen, and has a full service floral department that's highly uncommon for QFCs. It's also in an odd place, being a full perimeter department rather than just an island by the checkouts. I really have to wonder why this store, of all stores, ended up getting such a deluxe floral department!
