This horribly blurry picture shows a straighter view of the 80s aisle markers amidst the clutter inside the main entryway. Also of interest here is the surprisingly modern open ceiling in this store -- I suspect this is a leftover from the Thriftway days, since Safeway didn't start using them commonly until the late 2010s, but it's hard to say since they did use them sporadically long before then, possibly even back to the 90s. Again, lots of mysteries here!
