One side effect of the Grocery Palace layout, with the frozen department along a wall, is that it gets a wall sign -- something that's fairly rare around here where frozen foods are normally in an aisle in the middle of the store somewhere, not on a wall. (I know this is a much more common thing for most of you, but it's weird in the stores I'm used to!) As is common for Albertsons, this store had a bunch of those weird Albertsons-branded carrying boxes for sale on top of the cases -- I still have no idea what the point of those is, and I've never seen anyone actually buy one. (In fact, I was in some Safeway with my dad a while back that had these exact ones -- Albertsons branding and all -- for some reason, and he mentioned that he didn't even know they were for sale!)
