Dairy chairs

Even before the merger, Safeway sold lots of summer seasonal items, but putting them on top of the frozen (and, in this case, dairy) cases is very much an Albertsons thing. Sadly, they kind of buried the wall signage here! I was slightly surprised to see that the refrigerated cases here got the category marker strips since it's so rare for Safeway stores to have doors on their refrigerated cases, but it is still nice to see the consistency. Also, the doors on these cases seem weirdly wide... Albertsons seems to have done some weird things in these mid-2000s remodels!
