From this angle, you can really see how limited visibility was of the old butcher block sign. with it projecting out so much towards the aisles. If they had done something to wrap the text around the edges more to point towards the back actionway, I feel like that would have looked much nicer. Also of note here is the unusual chalkboard hanging signs, and the very nice metallic backsplash tile that's got to be some of my favorite grocery store tile of all time! I'm not sure if the tile was added with the PF&H remodel or is a leftover from Grocery Palace -- while I wouldn't consider this to be much in line with the Grocery Palace style, the Battle Ground store had similar (but not quite the same) metallic tile.
