As this picture shows, the large target sign is even blocked by the window mullions from most angles! And clearly the landlord did allow for at least one exterior sign; I guess that just must not have been enough for Target. The main entrance doors are under that awning on the left, but as you can probably tell from the last picture, the entrance setup is a bit complicated...
Window mullions - can't say I've ever heard that one before! Certainly a useful phrase though, but I doubt I'll remember it regardless XD
