My visit to the Aurora ex-Albertsons earlier that day revealed much of the same -- a very blank, dead space stripped of all life. Except, that is, for the delivery banner next to the old entrance, which inexplicably hung on not just for the few weeks between this store's closing and these pictures, but for several more months after. This thing was already looking rather awful well before the store closed, so I have no clue why they wouldn't have removed it at the time they took down all the other signage, or well before then for that matter.
