One other somewhat strange thing about this store's layout is the placement of the dairy cases on the right side wall, rather than next to frozen where they normally would go. No clue why they did that here, but it certainly doesn't feel that weird even if it's not a normal Safeway thing. This department got the relatively unusual "cool & refreshing" department sign, which seems like it would have made more sense over the milk cases, but who knows...
