Old to new

The rest of this series (today through Sunday) will be a preview of the new store, with my full new-store series starting on Monday if all goes to plan.

Just to give you an idea of how close the new store is to the old, this picture was taken from right outside the right-hand doors of the old store, looking across to the side entrance to the new one. Believe it or not, this little side alley has been the main vehicle (and pedestrian, for that matter) entrance to the store for the last couple years while the new building has been under construction -- I'm sure everyone is glad that's gone, especially the employees since it ran through the store's loading dock!
